Anything Worth Doing Is Worth Doing In Heels

​

As an observer of the world with all it’s oddities I notice how the obsession with higher and higher heeled shoes for women has grown. I have mixed this with a little girl’s obsession with dolls and produced the body of images known as Kicks.

 

It used to be that high heels were only for “ladies of the evening”. Now they have become the standard and what women are judged by and collect. I thought what if….

 

This project began to evolve and now the dolls can be found in various situations. Infusing them with humor and glamour to produce images that amuse and entertain purely for the fun of it.
